Young(ish) Grievers. 40 and under

This group is aimed at bereaved adults 20 to 40 years old, however long ago the loss happened. You’re welcome to talk about how it affects you whenever you need to. The group meets monthly on the last Friday of each month and online, from 7pm to 9pm. The fee is £20 to £50 per participant per session, depending on what you can afford. There is also have a Whatsapp group to chat between sessions.
