The Lowdown The Lowdown Person-Centred counselling sessions are free, confidential and non-judgemental. The initial offer is 6 – 12 sessions with each session lasting for 45 minutes with the same counsellor, at the same time each week. You can choose if you want the sessions to be face-to-face or remotely by video call or phone call. Anyone aged between 11-25 and living within the NN1-NN7 postcode area. Young people can self refer or you can make a referral for them, but the young person must always have consented to the referral.
