Drop in sessions for young people aged between 11 and 24. Every Thursday. 

Time: 6pm - 8pm. A safe space for young people to visit to unload any worries or concerns about any issues. Each week has a different workshop focus specific to the group. The Lee Cooper Foundation also run a number of helpful programmes including yoga and mindfulness, sport and adventure challenges, all aimed at helping young people to stay mentally healthy.

They also offer workshops for 13-24 year olds on understanding of mental health to explore how young people can support themselves and other people. Sessions include;

  • Low Self Esteem & Building Resilience
  • Physical Well-being & Positive habits
  • Mindset & Goal Setting
