Counselling takes place with a Lifelink Practitioner in a safe and confidential environment. The counselling process is unique to the individual based upon their personal circumstances. It helps individuals to understand and manage feelings, thoughts, and behaviour, and supports the improvement of problem solving and coping skills to help overcome your own personal challenges and difficulties.

Services are available for adults aged 16 or over and who are resident in Glasgow City. You can self refer via the website. Counselling for individuals who are deaf or hard of hearing are also offered. A range of well-being classes are being run to help with issues such as anxiety, confidence and therapy, some of which are free to Glasgow residents.
