Kenilworth Omega Course The Kenilworth Omega Course. The Omega Course is available as a 5 week evening course, a weekend course or online. There is also an Omega day course for clinical professionals. The course aims to empower the local community to reach out to the dying and bereaved with confidence. To do this they explore mortality by developing a safe atmosphere for people to talk and plan for end-of-life matters. In this way they resolve the taboo of discussing death, and teach communication skills to reduce tongue-tie and enable conversations. They offer the course to anyone who wishes to come but aim their advertising primarily at healthy people in our town.
