James Support Group Grantown on Spey

Since becoming a registered charity in October 2020, they are now able to expand their support service to cover The Scottish Highlands, where monthly support groups, break out personal sessions as required, a 24/7 Helpline & various other support events throughout the year are provided.

Monthly meetings in: Inverness, Dingwall, Invergordon, Thurso, Elgin, Aviemore (by appt.), Nairn, Ft. William, Ullapool & Grantown on Spey.

James Support Group meetings are a safe space to talk or to just listen, free, and refreshments are provided.
