The founder's own healing journey following the sudden death of her fiance at the age of 50 inspired her to set up Fire & Rain to help others by sharing some of the things that have helped her most in feeling more positive again. The Soul Spas are a safe space to just be and relax, in the company of people who really understand. They don't provide therapy but a light touch, optional programme that integrates powerful mindfulness techniques into fun, creative and relaxing activities, thus offering widowed people a more relevant alternative to "normal" holiday offers.
