Providing support every Friday to Monday evening, from 5pm until 11pm. Access Breathing Space in person at the central Reading hub, online via video chat, or on the phone.

Staff are available to talk about how you’re feeling and what is concerning you.  They will listen to you, and help you to develop a plan to stay safe and well, including coping strategies. They also help you to navigate local services and opportunities that can provide further help and support.

You can also talk to their volunteer peer supporters, who have all had their own experiences of mental health crisis, and have a real understanding of what it’s like.

Or you can also just sit in the Breathing Space hub and enjoy a break from the outside world. It’s a comfortable space to relax, and refreshments are available.
