‘Alternatives'- Counselling and Listening Rooms are a Tayside based charity providing bereavement support to individuals affected by pregnancy loss, stillbirth, baby loss or who are facing infertility. They also support those who have experienced child loss through adoption.

This loss may be recent or many years ago.

The team offer one-to-one appointments through telephone, online, or face to face. our service is free and confidential and uses a person centred approach.
