Their counsellors provide a confidential, non-judgemental, and safe space to discuss the difficulties and challenges which affect your life, helping you search for better ways of coping with situations, journeying with you to greater health and well-being.

Counsellors are all BACP (British Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy) or COSCA (Counselling and Psychotherapy in Scotland) accredited.
