AtaLoss’s 10th Anniversary

and St Paul’s Cathedral

On 23rd April 2026 at Lambeth Palace, attended by our Patron, The Most Revd and Rt Hon Dame Sarah Mullally, Archbishop of Canterbury, and with an endorsement from the Prime Minister, Sir Keir Starmer, we announced our tenth anniversary plans and vision.

  • A new annual ‘Bereavement Matters’ season throughout November and December to enhance grief and bereavement awareness weeks, themes and opportunities.

  • A special Anniversary Service at St Paul’s Cathedral on 30th October with bereavement services, dignitaries and national and community leaders from across the UK, to mark our work in bereavement awareness, signposting and community engagement, and to launch the first ‘Bereavement Matters’ season.

  • The AtaLoss armband challenge - a bespoke fundraising initiative inviting supporters to take up the challenge of raising funds for AtaLoss.

Our future aims for:
