The drop-in sessions are free of charge and all are welcome, no matter what your loss. This could be the loss of a loved one, family member or friend. Perhaps it could be loss relating to the pandemic. Whatever your particular loss, Jim will be there to listen with compassion and care.

All counsellors are BCAP registered and counselling can be offered in Arabic, Urdu, Punjabi and Hindu.

Free Zoom video sessions for those experiencing loss are available on 7-8.30pm Wednesdays hosted by Counsellor Jim Sales who hosts this weekly support group on Zoom so you can attend from the comfort of your own home.
