Team Jak helps to ease the fear, confusion, and loneliness of a childhood cancer diagnosis and those bereaved ensuring no one feels isolated or alone. They provide emotional, social and practical support to children and young people with a cancer or related illness age 0-25 and their families from their Dens in Livingston and Aberdeen, pop up Dens in Fife and Glasgow, and in hospitals and schools.
They also provide online and face to face parent support and support groups for siblings, warriors and parents, counselling, music and play therapy and Angel family days.
