RE:HAPPY (Neurodiversity-Affirming Therapy and Integrative Psychotherapy)
RE:HAPPY offers mental health, wellbeing support, and training, especially for people in the screen industries. Led by Octavia Landy, a psychotherapist with over 25 years of experience in production, their work bridges the gap between creative workplaces and emotional wellbeing.
Octavia says: “I offer a safe, compassionate space to explore the many layers of grief, whether your loss is recent or many years ago. Because no two experiences of grief are the same. Sessions are tailored to your needs, blending integrative psychotherapy with a sensitivity to identity, culture, and lived experience.”
Services Offered
Integrative Psychotherapy: One-to-one therapy, online or in person (St Leonards or London), working with issues such as grief, anxiety, depression, trauma, addiction. Octavia uses relational, existential, humanistic and psychodynamic approaches, and is neurodivergent-aware.
