The Youth Trust is a charitable independent and professional organisation offering counselling, advice, information and support services to young people under 25 on the Isle of Wight and, in some cases their parents or carers. We offer a fast, flexible and confidential service to young people who are experiencing difficulties.

JAGS Foundation

JAGS Foundation was set up as a lasting tribute to James Andre Godfrey Smartt-Ford who was tragically murdered inside Streatham Ice Rink in February 2007. As a result of James' tragic death, his mother, Tracey Ford set up the Families Supporting Families Network to provide immediate peer-to-peer support to parents, relatives and friends when faced suddenly with the loss of a child. Shattered hearts need to access professional services, information and mutual support following the devastation caused by youth murder.

Jewish Bereavement Counselling Service (JBCS)

The Jewish Bereavement Counselling Service offers confidential counselling to individuals, couples, children and families in the Jewish Community who are experiencing loss.
JBCS also provides bereavement support groups

Jigsaw4u

Jigsaw4u is working in partnership with Macmillan Cancer Support to provide a service to children, young people and families where someone significant to them is affected by cancer at any stage. This project offers early support around explaining the diagnosis to children and pre bereavement support which provides space for children/young people to explore their understanding of the illness and medical process, so they start to come to terms with what is happening. If needed, bereavement support is also provided where parents, children and young people can meet and share experiences and feelings.

Just B - Children & Young People Services

Just B offers practical support to children, young people and adults who have been bereaved, as well as information and advice for the professionals working with them. We make no charge for our services and these are offered in a safe and confidential environment.

KEMP Hospice - Family Support & Bereavement Hub

Emotional support for families in the Wyre Forest who have been bereaved or who's loved one has a life limiting illness. One to one and group support is provided for adults, along with practical advice from our Financial & Welfare Advisor. 'Kemp for Kids' provides therapeutic support for children through talking, creative activities and social opportunities.
