Nicola Reed is Area Manager for Cruse Scotland. She said: "I am passionate about having open conversations about death, dying and bereavement and know the importance of helping others to access, and have, those conversations. Good networking and signposting is, so often, key in enabling each other to access the right support, at the right time, with the right people so that those conversations can happen more easily.
