Sunshine and Shade bereavement friendship group is a helpful and supportive mechanism, which can bring some clarity and comfort.

It is not a replacement for counselling, however Sunshine and Shade groups are attended by people who understand and can share your journey. Sunshine and Shade now offer several groups operating in and around Chesterfield.
