Sebastian's Action Trust provide restorative breaks and a community where families living with similar challenges come together in a safe, non-clinical environment to enjoy experiences many take for granted.

Their family support service is available to beneficiaries across Berkshire, Hampshire, and surrounding areas; but restorative breaks are open to all families across the South East who have a child with a life-limiting condition.
