Sands is the leading pregnancy and baby loss charity in the UK. It exists to reduce the number of babies dying, and to ensure that anyone touched by pregnancy or baby loss receives the best possible case and support for as long as they need.

Sands provides free, confidential bereavement support services both nationally through its telephone helpline, online support and resources, and locally through a UK-wide network of peer support groups. To find a local support group, please use the location filter to search in your geographic area.

Sands also leads on Baby Loss Awareness Week (9th-15th October), a national campaign to raise awareness, highlight support available, and commemorate babies.
