For people who need more support, they operate a small helpline service. Demand for the helpline is high. If you can, please check if your question is answered on their website before calling.

Please note that Down to Earth can only offer one-to-one support when they are contacted before the funeral has happened. Their online guides can be used by anyone, at any stage of the funeral arrangements. This service is a national organisation with the following exceptions: Channel Islands, County Donegal, County Mayo and Jersey.
