Prospect Hospice offers end-of-life care for patients and support for their families in the Wiltshire area. Their approach is compassionate, respectful and personalised to everyone who seeks it.

They care for patients at home, at the hospice, in hospital and in care homes. They offer specialist support to the families and carers of patients under their care including bereavement support, individually or as a group.  They offer drop-in bereavement cafes in three locations, Swindon, Royal Wootton Bassett and Marlborough, the drop-ins are for anyone experiencing grief.

They have produced a helpful leaflet for carers and families called 'Understanding what happens when someone is dying'.
