The MindtheMen clubs are safe places where men (18+) are able to talk about their challenges with other men in a non-clinical setting. True peer to peer support.

The two Glasgow clubs are FREE of charge and meet every Monday night (Glasgow South 7:15pm - 9:30pm & Glasgow North 7pm – 9pm ). Just come along on the night, you will be made very welcome. There is also an online Zoom meeting 7pm -9pm on Monday’s.
