MindOut is a Sussex based support organisation for the LGBTQ community and is run by LGBTQ. Peer support groups, peer mentoring and counselling are available online and by telephone. If you would like to know more, please get in touch.
The Online Support service is an instant message service that is confidential, non-judgemental and anonymous, it's open Mon/Tue/Wed 3-5pm.
