Meic is the helpline service for children and young people up to the age of 25, in Wales. From finding out what’s going on in your local area to help dealing with a tricky situation, or life challenge such as bereavement, Meic will listen even when no-one else will. They won’t judge you and will help by giving you information, advice, advocacy and the support you need to make a change.

Meic is confidential and you don’t have to give your name. Contact them in Welsh or English – it’s up to you! They are open 8am to midnight, 7 days a week, every single day of the year. It is free to contact them by phone, text message, WhatsApp or online chat.
