Improving Lives Plymouth offers a weekly wellbeing walk in the beautiful grounds of the Saltram estate. The walk is therapeutic in the sense that it is a small group of people who have or are in the process of coming to terms with a bereavement. The walk is on the cancer care journey (The Mustard Tree Certified Hospital) map.

Meeting place: The group meets in front of the duck pond at Saltram.

Time: The walks are every Wednesday 3pm, the walk lasts for approximately 1/1.5 hours and then the group optionally goes for a coffee at the café.

It’s best that people text (074 8336 5317) to let Saffron from Improving Lives Plymouth know, if they are planning to attend.

Saffron is also happy to have an initial phone call/ one to one walk at Saltram for those that are nervous to join a group walk and who might want to meet / talk to her first.
