Holding On Letting Go provides support both pre & post a bereavement to children and young people, aged 6 to 16, and their families in Kent, Medway and Southeast London boroughs that boarder kent . Support is offered at our non-residential weekends which are held throughout the year, for the bereaved families Their weekends are free to children and their families and are staffed by trained volunteers, there is also a parent & Carer support group that alongside the children’s group, so everyone can have support at the same time.

We also hold specialised programmes for those families that have suffered a baby loss or a sudden & traumatic death or work with schools where class member or teacher may have sadly died.

Our pre bereavement work we can work with just the children in that family or work with the family as a whole, these sessions can take place whenever the family feel most comfortable.
