Found My Niche is a not-for-profit Community Interest Company offering peer support to adults experiencing grief and loss in the Doncaster area. Their Life After Loss Grief Cafes provide a relaxed, welcoming space where people can talk openly about their experiences, share feelings and meet others who understand what grief can be like.

Found My Niche also offers grief therapy, including the Edu-Therapy Grief Resolution programme, available in person or online, on a one-to-one or small-group basis. A range of therapeutic and wellbeing activities are also offered, including creative writing, crafts, relaxation activities, health and wellbeing walks, outings and guest speakers.

Grief Cafe sessions can also be accessed via Zoom nationwide, and members can join a WhatsApp group for ongoing peer support between meetings.

Who can use this service?
Adults aged 18 and over who have experienced grief or loss.

Cost: Grief Cafes and many workshops and sessions are free. Grief therapy is also available; please contact Found My Niche for details of prices.

Location: Doncaster, South Yorkshire, with some support available online.
