Concern Cymru

Concern Cymru’s purpose is to provide a community service that helps people in their time of need. As a registered charity, they do not charge for counselling, but rely on donations.

The key office is based at Cathays in Cardiff, where their dedicated counselling rooms are used to serve referrals from across the South Wales area. They also have bases in Pontypridd, the Afan Valley, Ebbw Vale and Peterston-Super-Ely, from which communities in this area can access our services.

They recognise that people can only come for counselling at certain days and times and are therefore entirely flexible. We offer counselling during the days Monday to Friday between the hours of 10am until 9pm in the evening.
