Charnwood Counselling (requires payment of a fee) offers grief and bereavement counselling for adults experiencing the death of someone important to them. The service recognises that grief is deeply personal and that there is no right or wrong way to grieve. Counselling provides a compassionate, non-judgemental space to talk through emotions such as sadness, anger, guilt, loneliness or confusion, and to explore the impact loss may be having on daily life.

Support is available for people facing recent bereavement, long-standing grief, or more complex experiences of loss. Through one-to-one counselling, the service aims to help people process their grief at their own pace, make sense of their feelings, and find ways to live alongside loss while moving forward.

Sessions are offered in person in Loughborough and online.
