John Elbourne joined the charity in July 2024. He brought with him a long career in IT, mostly with Wiley, which is also based in Chichester. Alongside this, he has many years of experience across all aspects of operations for a charity like AtaLoss, including finance, CRM, data protection and management, IT, and governance, from many years of involvement in church leadership and administration.

He loves to create systems and procedures that serve the team by reducing human effort and promoting reliability and accuracy.
