Star Bereavement Support Service

Star Bereavement Support Service is a small charity providing support around bereavement and loss. Working with children and young people aged 4-19 years in the Wakefield Area

Suffolk Bereavement Support - We currently run one group in Hadleigh, Suffolk and one group in Capel St Mary, Suffolk.

Suffolk Bereavement Support is a small not for profit charity which is run by the husband and wife team Margaret and Patrick Palmer. We offer therapeutic group support to the newly bereaved and those experiencing a delayed reaction to the loss of a loved one. At each meeting we present a topic, using audio visual aids, which helps members better understand the bereavement process and stimulate discussion and sharing of experiences. Peer support is also important. Each meeting ends with chat and refreshments. We currently run an afternoon group is Hadleigh, Suffolk and an evening group in Capel St Mary, Suffolk.

Sunrise Partnership

A free, confidential service for children and young people in NE Scotland who have been affected by loss and bereavement. We aim to help them cope in a healthy and positive way. Support may be one to one, sibling or family support or group work sessions.

Survivors of Bereavement by Suicide - Cardiff Branch

We exist to meet the needs and overcome the isolation experienced by people over 18 who have been bereaved by suicide.

Sycamore Counselling Service

A counselling service supporting the community from 4 years old upwards offering counselling in our centre and in the community. Trained counsellors offer counselling with therapeutic play for children and bereavement work for children and young people in partnership with our local Hospice. Our adult counsellors also offer bereavement counselling.

The Bereavement Counselling Service

We provide a specialist counselling service for those people who have been affected by a traumatic loss. We also see people who are experiencing 'complex' or 'complicated grief'. We can take GP referrals from Plymouth and parts of South West Devon.

The Bereavement Register

Helping to stop unwanted direct mail to the deceased
If someone you know has died, we can reduce the amount of unwanted marketing post being sent to them, stopping painful daily reminders.

By registering with our free service, the names and addresses of the deceased are removed from mailing lists, stopping most advertising mail within as little as six weeks.
