Due to the Coronavirus pandemic, sadly, we have had to stop our GrabLife weekends with follow up support.

However, we're very pleased to be able to recommend Let's Talk About Loss for bereaved 18-35 year olds. They run peer-led meet up groups in cities across the UK for young people who have been bereaved at any stage. They believe that by meeting and talking with other young people who have experienced loss, you can share your story and your struggles without fear, judgement or awkward silences. They’d love you to join them. Most of the meet ups are now being run online. See the website for details.

If you are struggling with your grief, whenever your bereavement happened, another option to consider is to join The Bereavement Journey course, where there's a special group for bereaved 18-30s. This is a 5-week evening course with films and discussion and where you will be among friends. Check out the website for more information and to book on the next available course.
