‘Hullo' is a new national non-profit organisation creating a casual, inclusive and non-judgemental space for anyone to communicate about anything, particularly those who are experiencing loneliness, perhaps through bereavement. Hullo is all about safe, relaxed, everyday conversation.

Everyone is welcome to use the service regardless of gender, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation, background or interests. It is not a counselling service, helpline or medical or mental health organisation, but rather offers a friendly chat to anyone who reaches out. But they work in partnership with other charities and can refer you to them if you’re in need of specialist help and advice.

Hullo's fully-trained volunteers are the life and soul of Hullo and they’re there for anyone who’d like a chat. They’re about tackling loneliness and isolation head-on, encouraging a sense of belonging, nurturing positive emotional wellbeing, and connecting with people nationwide to help unlock the power of conversation.

Their phone lines are open every day from 9am to 9pm.
