The Good Grief Project is a bereavement charity in the UK dedicated to understanding grief as an active and creative process. They provide support to families grieving after the untimely death of a loved one - in particular a son or daughter.

The project is based on ideas that flow from the concept of ‘continuing bonds’, of not wanting to cut off from the deceased, but of building a new kind of relationship with your child. To that end, they deliver practical and therapeutic courses in film, photography and mindfulness. They usually run three residential ACTIVE GRIEF WEEKEND retreats per year with workshops.  They also have a catalogue of films to rent and to buy including the acclaimed feature documentary A LOVE THAT NEVER DIES.
