Anna Freud Youth Wellbeing The Anna Freud National Centre for Children and Families is a children’s mental health charity with over 60 years’ experience of caring for young minds. Our vision is a world in which children and their families are effectively supported to build on their own strengths to achieve their goals in life. The Youth Wellbeing Directory provides a list of free local and national organisations for anyone up to the age of 25, along with important information you may find helpful. The Youth Wellbeing Directory forms part of On My Mind, a range of free digital resources for young people co-produced with young people. On My Mind includes sections on Dealing with loss and bereavement, Helping someone else, Self-care and the AFC Crisis Messenger text support service for those who may need instant support.
