. Andrew Shaw Andrew Shaw Andrew Shaw brings a breadth of business and commercial experience to the AtaLoss Board which he joined in August 2021. He is currently Head of Strategy and Transformation for Steps To Work, a charitable organisation operating in the Black Country and helping people with the provision of personalised employment support services. Prior to this Andrew was the Director of Volunteering and Business Delivery for eight years for the Civil Service Sports Council (CSSC), helping them increase their membership by over 40% in five years. Before these two senior executive roles Andrew was a civil servant, working for the Department for Work and Pension for over 30 years. Andrew has been a volunteer for nearly 40 years; as a school governor and chair of governors at a couple of primary schools and a high school, and as a treasurer, Board member and vice-chairman for CSSC. Andrew was bereaved suddenly at the age of 35 when his father passed away suddenly, and Andrew was left to provide care and comfort to his widowed mother. Manage Cookie Preferences
